Former US Air Force General Ted Colbert resigns after two years as CEO.

Boeing Defense, Space & Security recently announced the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer Ted Colbert. Colbert served as the CEO for a period of two years.

Prior to joining Boeing, Colbert served for more than three decades in the US Air Force, retiring as a four-star general. During his long tenure in the Air Force, Colbert led various organizations with responsibilities for research, development, acquisition, and sustainment of military systems. Colbert also served as commander of the Air Force’s Life Cycle Management Center and Program Executive Officer for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
